Because we ship directly from our strategic centers, we optimize transport to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time Before shipping your order, we need to prepare it to ensure everything is perfect.

  • Preparation: It generally takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order (quality check, packaging, and handover to the carrier).

  • Please note that during holidays or high-demand seasons (such as Christmas or Black Friday), this time may be slightly extended.

2. Estimated Delivery Times Once your order is placed and processed, the estimated time to arrive at your doorstep is as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 6 - 10 Business Days

  • USA & Canada: 8 - 12 Business Days

  • Australia: 10 - 15 Business Days

  • Rest of the World: 15 - 20 Business Days

Important Note: These times are estimates. External factors such as customs delays or local logistical issues may affect the final delivery date.

3. Shipping Costs & Methods We offer flexible options for your convenience. Exact costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE. (Applies to the estimated times above).

  • Priority Express Shipping: $3.95. Your order receives priority in our processing and transport queue, ensuring it is dispatched as fast as possible.

4. Tracking Information Yes, all our orders include a tracking number for your peace of mind.

  • You will receive an email with your tracking number 3 to 5 days after placing your order.

  • If you have not received tracking info after 5 days, please contact us at support@bymaisonallure.com.

  • Note: Sometimes tracking information takes a few days to update in the carrier's system while the package travels between logistics hubs.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes Prices displayed on our website are final regarding the product cost. However, for international shipments:

  • The customer is responsible for paying any import costs, duties, customs fees, or taxes that may apply in their country upon reception, should local laws require it.

  • Maison Allure is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@bymaisonallure.com (within the first 12 hours).

  • Once the package has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the address and cannot be held responsible if the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
